With our one-rate flat rate parts shipping program, you only pay $8.95 for shipping, no matter how many parts you order! And, once your order reaches $75 the shipping is free.
Flat Rate and Free Shipping Details
Flat rate shipping, and free shipping offers apply to orders shipped within all 50 States in The United States (includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and any APO/FPO/DPO), but does not apply to international shipping destinations. Our domestic Flat Rate parts shipping, and free shipping programs cover about 90% of the possible items we offer for sale; there are however some very basic exclusions and exceptions to the program, here they are:
Single item size or weight - Many large, heavy, or oversized items are clearly marked on our site (see example here), but there are still items out there that we have not marked accordingly, for many reasons. Once we determine that a given item will exceed our size or weight limit, you will be notified immediately and given the best rate for shipping to your location.
Single items weighing more than 20 pounds (except engines, pumps, and wheel motors). If an item on the order exceeds the 20 pound weight limit, you will be notified immediately and given the best rate for shipping to your location.
Example 1: You ordered (1) large plastic bagger chute for your lawnmower. The shipping charge comes up as $8.95 or even free, depending on the price during checkout. We realize after receiving the order that it is too large to ship within our standard flat rate or free shipping program, and we email you a quote for $28 to ship via UPS ground. You can either accept and pay the charge, or notify us and we will refund your order.
Example 2: You ordered (50) lawnmower blades. The shipping charge comes up as free because the order was over $75. Even though the total order weight is rather heavy, the single piece weight/size is well within the limits, and the order ships to you for free.
Example 3: You ordered (1) hydraulic wheel motor for your commercial lawnmower. The shipping charge comes up as free, even though it weighs 35-pounds. This item is included in our free shipping program, and the order ships to you for free.

Our inventory is quite large, and ever changing. We sell on many venues, online and in-store. It is impossible to stock every part for every lawnmower, chainsaw, or engine ever made. We do our level best at daily expediting and daily receiving of any parts that are not in stock at our facility. Many non-stocking parts orders arrive to us 24-48 hours after we order them; some take a day or two longer.
Our goal has always been to achieve under a maximum 7-day delivery time from the time our customers place the order, to the time it is delivered at their location. Our results on average are only 5 business day turnaround.M
95% of all parts orders we receive, are in stock at our location, or our regional suppliers location. Those orders go through very smoothly.
Occasionally however, we may experience a delay due to out of stock situations at both our location, and our regional suppliers location. We consider this a backorder. In case of out of stock - backorder situation, you will be notified and be given an opportunity to modify, upgrade or cancel your order. Although they are rare situations, they happen, but we will monitor every single one and keep you updated until the item is delivered to your door.

Package Carrier Details
All packages are shipped via either UPS Ground service, or USPS Priority Mail within the continental United States. We decide at the time of shipping which one is the best choice; 60% of our orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail due to the quicker delivery time and lower cost than UPS ground.
USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days to arrive once the order is picked up at our facility (delivery days Mon-Sat, and excludes Sundays and holidays). UPS Ground shipping usually takes 3-5 business days and can take up to 7 business days to arrive once the order is picked up at our facility (excludes weekends and holidays).
Expedited Services are now available for domestic parts orders upon request.
We are now offering an expedited shipping service for specific brands of parts, that we use in situations where the items are not in stock. This is the fastest service we offer, and it will significantly shorten the parts order delivery time of the order to your location. The fee for this service is only $15 and may be used for ordering these brands: Cub Cadet, MTD, Ariens, Gravely, National Mower, Kohler, Briggs & Stratton, Rotary Corp, Oregon, Stens and others to be added soon.

We have found that communication is the most important part of our relationship with all of our customers. It is the keystone of a smooth experience for both of us! Once you place a parts order with Choo Choo Parts, the clock starts - and the communication from us to you begins. And it will only end once your order is safely delivered.
- PayPal emails you the confirmation of your payment to us.
- We email you an order confirmation, just to let you know we did receive a parts order from you.
- Once your order is processed and entered in our system, a receipt order-summary will be emailed including a detailed summary of the parts items you ordered.
- Once your order is shipped, the shipment tracking number will be emailed, This indicates that your order is on its way to you!
Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed. In stock parts orders that are placed before 2pm Eastern standard time are usually processed and shipped the same day, or at most within 24-hours (excludes weekends and holidays).
On average, parts order shipping will take place 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed; 1 day for in-stock items, or up to 3-5 days for out of stock items. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will always notify you by email.
